The 4101 Greebriar Building is a 60,000
sq. ft. three story multi-tenant office building. The
exterior fenestration addresses the need for privacy
for medical and dental suites loacated on the first
floor by the use of reflective glass in small panels.
An 8 foot high glass clerestory runs the length of the
three story high atrium admitting natural light to all
levels. The atrium, combined with the shallow bay depth
provides the opportunity for virtually all spaces, both
interior and exterior to have exposure to daylight.
A third level mezzanine serves as a waiting area and
break room for building tenants and visitors. MCCM's
responsibilities included programming, architecture,
engineering, space planning, interior design, and construction
administration services.
