Completed in February 2003, this project
was designed to consolidate the Houston office and warehouse
needs of three subsidiary companies of Atlanta-based
RPC, Inc. The three companies, Cudd Pressure Control,
Cudd Well Control and Patterson Services, provide services
worldwide to the oil industry. The project consists
of a 40,000 square foot office building and a 8,500
square foot warehouse and includes a vehicle wash facility
and an equipment storage building. The office building
and warehouse are steel frame construction with load-bearing
tilt-wall concrete and glass exterior walls. MCCM was
responsible for programming, design, construction documents,
interior design and construction administration services.
