This three bay fire station was designed
for Harris County Water Control and Improvement District
No. 145 located west of Houston. Staffed by the Cy-Fair
Volunteer Fire Department, the facility was designed
in consultation with the Houston Fire Department to
meet minimum requirements in the event of future annexation
by the City of Houston. A pre-engineered metal building
system was selected for this facility due to budget
constraints, interior flexibility, and future expansion
capabilities. MCCM provided subsequent modifications
when this site was selected to be the communications
center for the extensive Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Department.
