This project was initiated with a study
and design analysis of the existing school, church facility
and rectory. Design approaches were recommended for
the facilities’ future needs and expanding membership.
John McGee, MCCM principal, consulted with Father Coughlin
and members of the building committee to arrive at a
program where by the existing sanctuary could be added
to and modified to amply serve the congregation’s
present and future needs. Altar furnishings and seating
pews were designed by the Architects. Stained glass
designs and selections were coordinated with the commissioned
artist. Minor modifications were made to the existing
parish hall to accommodate services during the construction
phase. Additional studies have been made to expand the
church’s educational facilities as funds become
available.
