Designed as a prototype Swim Center to
be used in other Cinco Ranch communities, this project
has two separate structures. One contains the men’s
and women’s restrooms/ changing rooms and the other
has all the pool related functions ie: equipment, storage
& lifeguard. The restrooms are used by other than
swimmers and are accessible from outside the pool enclosure.
