This residence is one of a series of houses MCCM has designed on large lots in an area that was once a rural subdivision surrounding a small lake southwest of Houston. The Tomlin Residence is a one and a half story, 7,000 square foot, four bedroom house on 2-1/2 acres. The house includes formal and informal living and dining areas, a game room, library and a swimming pool located between wings of the house for privacy from the lake. Also on the site is a servants apartment and greenhouse. MCCM provided design and construction management services for this project.
