This residence is one of a series of houses
MCCM has designed on large lots in an area that was
once a rural subdivision surrounding a small lake south
west of Houston. The Young Residence is a one story,
6,000 square foot, four bedroom house and includes a
soundproof recording studio and a kennel. Each living
space opens to generous porches that provide shade and
space for outdoor living overlooking the lake in the
back and a pond in the front of the house. MCCM provided
design and construction management services for this
project.
